The Simon Konover Company (TSKC) announced that it has acquired Lighthouse Square, a retail plaza located at 441 Long Hill Road (Route 1) in Groton, Connecticut.
K Groton, LLC, an affiliate of TSKC, acquired the 3.9 acre two-building property on March 25, 2014 for $5.15 million dollars.
The property is anchored by a 14,650 square foot Walgreens built in 2004. Tenants in a separate 28,100 square foot retail building include The Shack Restaurant, Cost Cutters, LA Nails and Community Hearing Aids of Connecticut. The property will be managed by Konover Commercial Corporation.

TSKC affiliates own residential properties in Plainfield, New London and Mystic, Connecticut. The company’s eastern Connecticut footprint also includes a hotel in Uncasville and residential and commercial properties in Norwich, Connecticut.
