West Hartford, CT: The Simon Konover Company (TSKC) helped to warm the hands of the West Hartford community by organizing a glove drive at the West Hartford corporate headquarters. TSKC partnered with the Town of West Hartford: Town that Cares charitable fund to gather and collect men’s and women’s insulated, waterproof, winter gloves and mittens.
Representatives from TSKC brought over 100 pairs of mittens and gloves along with hot chocolate packages to the Volunteer Coordinator at the Town of West Hartford Department of Social Services. The moto for The Simon Konover Company glove drive was “with many cold hands outside, let’s offer our warm hearts” and employees responded by filling the donation boxes to the top. #3bluediamondstrong
