The Simon Konover Company (TSKC) recently unveiled its newly renovated headquarters at a celebratory event that also marked the kick off its 2019 Camp Challenge Campaign to support The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.
TSKC recently completed a 6-month major renovation to its West Hartford headquarters. Company associates temporarily relocated while their office space was transformed, incorporating the latest trends and technologies in office workspace design. The renovated office features open floor plans and extensive use of glass to increase natural light. Flexible workspaces, huddle rooms, lounge space, new furnishings, equipment and wireless technologies are a few of the upgrades.
A focal point of the office improvements is the creation of Simon Konover University (SKU), a centralized high-tech training center for employees supporting TSKC’s real estate portfolio spanning the Midwest and Eastern regions of the United States. TSKC recently adopted the use of Yardi property management software, as well as other accounting and office software products designed to improve efficiencies and service.
TSKC unveiled its new headquarters space to its partners, colleagues, and friends at its 2019 Team Simon Konover Camp Challenge Campaign kickoff event. In 2009, TSKC was instrumental in launching the annual Camp Challenge charity event to benefit The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in Ashford, Connecticut. Since inception, Team Simon Konover has been a lead sponsor of the event, and has consistently been the highest producing team, raising a cumulative total in excess of $1,100,000.
