Simon Konover Development Corporation recently constructed a 4,775 square foot freestanding retail building in a densely populated and heavily retailed area of Indianapolis, IN. The building is anchored by T-Mobile and is shadow anchored by tenants such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Garden Ridge and CORT Furniture.
T-Mobile opened its doors in February, 2010.
