Konover Hotel Corporation’s Elizabeth Clemons was recognized as a 2017 Star of the Industry by the Connecticut Lodging Association (CLA) at their 113th Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner held September 28th in Mystic, Connecticut.
Ms. Clemons was recognized by the CLA as the 2017 Outstanding Front Desk Associate Star of the Year. As the Front Desk Supervisor at the Microtel Inn & Suites, Ms. Clemons has contributed significantly to the positive memorable guest experience at the Uncasville hotel. As a result of her desk team leadership, the hotel consistently receives high reviews and guest satisfaction ratings.

Ms. Clemons first joined Konover Hotel Corporation in 2013 as a Guest Service Agent. In 2015, she was promoted to Front Desk Supervisor for the 120 room select-service hotel. The property features spacious guest rooms, free deluxe continental breakfast and complimentary transportation to and from the Mohegan Sun Casino.
