Konover Residential Corporation (KRC) has been awarded a contract to provide property management services for the Gull Harbor Apartment community in New London, Connecticut.
Gull Harbor is a 99-unit condominium community located approximately one and one half miles from Ocean Beach in New London. KRC will provide property management services for the 80 units that are operated as rental apartments, and administer the condominium association.
The property includes a mix of well-appointed one-bedroom apartments, as well as on-site parking, laundry facilities, outdoor barbecues and picnic areas.
