Konover Residential Corporation is excited to announce the promotion of Latasha Douglas to Property Manager as of June 20, 2021. Latasha joined KRC as an Assistant Manager in December 2020 to oversee the operations and lease up of 1188 Main St. Lofts located in Bridgeport, CT. Upon joining KRC, phase two of the 1188 Main St Lofts had just been delivered and Latasha was responsible for leasing new inventory while managing day-to-day operations.
Latasha has worked diligently and after only 5 months at KRC, she took 1188 Main Street Lofts from 55% to 91% leased. She went above and beyond to work amid COVID-19 restrictions and still provided superior customer service to prospects and residents while effectively running the asset. Latasha and Alrick Walker, the Service Technician for the property, have cultivated an inviting community for all.

As Latasha steers the building toward stabilization, her focus will remain on resident retention and working with ownership on the revitalization of the property’s Main St. neighborhood. She currently holds her CT Real Estate License and Tax Credit Specialist Certification.
1188 Main St. Lofts is owned by Block 912 JV LLC. KRC was awarded the management contract for the property in the summer of 2019 while it was still under construction. The property consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts fitted out with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern cabinetry and in-unit washers and dryers.
