Konover Residential Corporation has been awarded a contract to manage the new, ground-up ALTO Fairfield Metro apartments located in Fairfield, CT. Construction of the 160-unit community is underway and the first apartments are nearly ready for occupancy.

The community is minutes from the Fairfield Metro North train station and Interstate-95, so residents can easily connect from Fairfield County to New York City.
