Konover Residential Corporation (KRC) has been selected as the management agent for the Trademark Fairfield residential community in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Under the new contract, KRC will provide property management and leasing services for the 102-unit luxury apartment community located adjacent to Fairfield Metro station and minutes from downtown Fairfield and Jennings Beach. Trademark Fairfield features distinctive amenities including a resort-like outdoor pool and recreation area, fitness center, community garden and on-site covered parking.
