Konover Residential Corporation has been awarded a new contract for the management of 280 residential units at Steeplechase Apartments in Lexington, Kentucky.
Under the new contract, Konover Residential will provide property management and leasing services for the market-rate residential community. Steeplechase features one and two bedroom units, offering a range of amenities including fully-applianced kitchens, climate control, fitness center, clubhouse and outdoor pool. Select units offer wood burning fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. The community is owned by Infinity Steeplechase, LLC.
