Konover Residential Corporation (KRC) has been selected as the management agent for two Connecticut properties owned and operated by Breaking Ground.
On January 1, 2018, KRC assumed property management and leasing services at two properties owned and operated by Breaking Ground, a non-profit organization which provides permanent affordable housing for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Hollander Apartments, located on Asylum Avenue in Hartford, includes 70 units, as well as 13,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Cedarwoods features 60 one-bedroom apartment homes located in Willimantic, Connecticut.
As property manager, KRC is responsible for the leasing, maintenance and fiscal administration of the community. In addition, the KRC works closely with residents to ensure they obtain the housing services they need. KRC manages several affordable residential properties throughout Connecticut.
