The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services has awarded Konover Commercial Corporation a new multi-year contract for the management of office space and parking facilities located at 450 Columbus Boulevard in Hartford, Connecticut.
Under the new contract, KCC will provide property management services for Connecticut River Plaza, a two building Class A office complex totaling 558,000 square feet, as well as a 850-space parking garage.
“Connecticut River Plaza is one of eight State-owned properties managed by Konover Commercial,” said Elizabeth G. The new contract, which was obtained through a competitive procurement process, was awarded in December 2013 and commenced in January 2014.
