Konover Commercial Awarded New Property Management Contract

The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services has awarded Konover Commercial Corporation (KCC) a new five-year contract for property management services at three state-owned properties.

Under the new contract, KCC will provide property management services for 1111 Country Club Road in Middletown, a 108,000 square foot building which is the headquarters of the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection headquarters.

KCC will also provide property management services for the 22,000 square foot Connecticut State Police Troop G facility at 149 Prospect Street in Bridgeport.  In addition, KCC will manage the 4,600 square foot former toll booth building in West Haven.

The new five-year contract was obtained through a competitive procurement process. KCC currently manages several other properties for the State of Connecticut, including Uncas on the Thames in Norwich and 450 Columbus Boulevard in Hartford.
