Konover Hotel Corporation’s Traci LaShomb, CHA, was recognized as a Star of the Industry by the Connecticut Lodging Association at its annual meeting held Thursday, September 25, 2014.
As General Manager of the Uncasville Microtel Inn & Suites in Uncasville, Connecticut, Ms. LaShomb was recognized by the CLA as the 2014 General Manager of the Year for properties of 150 rooms or less. At the same meeting, Ms. LaShomb was elected to the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Lodging Association (CLA).

Ms. LaShomb has served as general manager of the Microtel since joining Konover Hotel Corporation in 2012. Ms. LaShomb has over ten years of experience in hotel management in southeastern Connecticut. She attended Colorado Technical University and holds a real estate salesperson license.
