West Hartford, January 24, 2013 – The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services has awarded Konover Commercial Corporation (KCC) a new five-year contract for the management of office space and parking facilities located in Waterbury and Torrington, Connecticut.
Under the new contract, KCC will provide property management services for two properties in Waterbury, 55 West Main Street, a 99,700 square foot office building with a parking garage, and 395 West Main Street, a 28,200 square foot office building with a parking garage. In addition, the contract includes 59 Field Street in Torrington, a 43,500 square foot office building with parking garage.

The new five-year contract, which was obtained through a competitive procurement process, was awarded in December 2012 and commenced on January 1, 2013.
