James Wakim, President and Chief Operating Officer of The Simon Konover Company, has announced that Gregory J. Konover has joined Simon Konover Development Corporation.
As Associate of Acquisitions and Development, Mr. Konover will contribute to the strategic expansion of the company’s portfolio through a combination of new construction and property acquisitions.
“Greg is the third generation of the Simon Konover family to join our organization in West Hartford,” said Mr. Wakim. “He has the dedication and experience to sustain the legacy of The Simon Konover Company, and we are delighted that he has joined our team.”
Mr. Konover has over five years of experience in real estate finance and project management, including management of over one million square feet of existing retail space. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Cornell University, is a Connecticut licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
