The staff of Clocktower Mill, Velvet Mill and Dye House apartments dropped off a large donation to the Manchester Food Pantry. Knowing that many local residents were out of work due to COVID-19 the Konover Residential Corporation (KRC) staff wanted to contribute to the local Manchester community.
The KRC property management staff reached out to the Manchester Food Pantry who said they were most in need of personal hygiene products, diapers, baby wipes and paper products. Flyers were sent out to the residents of Clocktower Mill, Velvet Mill and Dye House apartments and residents, staff and vendors responded to the flyers by filling the collection box every day.
The Manchester Food Pantry representative told the KRC staff that this was the largest donation they ever had. Clocktower Mill, Velvet Mill and Dye House are committed to contributing to the needs of the local Manchester community.
