Elizabeth G. Judd
President, Konover Commercial Corporation
As President of Konover Commercial Corporation, Beth Judd oversees a portfolio of over 4 million square feet of commercial real estate and acts as asset manager and owner representative for all owned and third-party properties.
Prior to joining Konover, Ms. Judd had direct oversight for Cushman & Wakefield’s third-party commercial real estate management in Greater Hartford. As a former manager at Koll Real Estate Services (subsequently purchased by CB Richard Ellis), Ms. Judd was responsible for opening the Connecticut office and growing its portfolio to over 2 million square feet of third-party asset and property management.
Ms. Judd received her B.A. from Georgetown University and her Real Property Administrator designation from BOMI (Building Owners and Managers Institute). She also holds real estate broker licenses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York.
Ms. Judd is a past president and chairman of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA)-CT Chapter, an organization of over 600 commercial real estate professionals in Connecticut, as well as the past president of REFA’s Hartford Chapter. Ms. Judd is a past president and committee chair of CREW-CT and past board member and committee chair of CREW Network. She is the past chairman of the New Haven Town Green Special Services District and is currently the Treasurer of the Hartford Business Improvement District (BID).
