The Simon Konover Company has announced a new and expanded senior management team for its rapidly growing operating company, Konover Residential Corporation (KRC).
Greg Konover has been named vice president of KRC responsible for the management and strategic expansion of the residential portfolio. Richard Kingston has joined KRC as vice president responsible for the operations of the multi-family housing portfolio. Marie Mazzotta will continued to lead the company in the role of president, which she assumed in 2007.
“This expanded leadership team will strengthen our corporate structure, and lay the foundation for continued growth and management continuity,” said James Wakim, President and Chief Operating Officer for The Simon Konover Company. “We are delighted to have these three highly capable professionals leading our residential division.”
Greg Konover joined The Simon Konover Company in 2013 as Associate of Acquisitions and Development. Mr. Konover collaboratively leads the development process and conducts feasibility and cost analysis to strategic grow the company’s portfolio. Greg has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and project management. He has an M.B.A. from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Cornell University.
Richard Kingston has over 20 years of experience in market rate and affordable property management and planning across national and regional geographic markets. At KRC, he is responsible for the modernization and operational efficiency of the residential properties and building third party management business.
