Kelly Kilham

Senior Vice President, Konover Residential Corporation

As  Senior Vice President of Konover Residential Corporation (KRC), Ms. Kilham will lead the operations, marketing, and financial performance of KRC’s growing portfolio of over 6,500 residential units.

Kelly has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential property management and operations. Kelly is the immediate Past President of the Connecticut Apartment Association’s (CTAA) Board of Directors and is still an active Chair of the CTAA Advocacy Committee. 

Ms. Kilham’s accomplishments include multiple CTAA Regional Property Manager of the Year and Property Management Company of the Year awards. She is a Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Credit Compliance Professional and a Certified Apartment Manager.
