As Director of Construction Services for SIKON Construction Services, Bob Fedus is responsible for marketing, construction and development of commercial, retail, office, residential and interior construction projects. He has over 18 years of project and senior management experience by means of general contracting, construction management and design-build delivery methods. 

Mr. Fedus began his career as a project manager for a local design-build firm where he was ultimately promoted to General Manager. Additionally, Mr. Fedus has acted as real estate and construction consultant to several New England-based banks and national lending institutions, performing site progress inspections, appraisals and capital needs assessments along with development and augmentation of construction loan procedures and criteria.       

Mr. Fedus obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from American International College in Springfield, MA. He currently holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License (MA) and a Builder’s License (RI). His other professional licenses include Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CT), Real Estate Broker (CT) and Real Estate Salesperson (MA).
