As President of Konover Residential Corporation, Marie Mazzotta is directly responsible for all property management issues. She previously served as the Associate Director of Property Management for Arbor Management, LLC, overseeing a portfolio of more than 3,000 residential units in 30 properties throughout New England and the Mid-West. With over 15 years experience in the field of property management, she is extremely knowledgeable about both affordable and conventional market rate properties. Ms. Mazzotta is especially proficient in rehabilitating distressed properties, lease-ups, and management take-overs.

Ms. Mazzotta is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, has earned a RPA designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International, Inc., and is COS and Rural Development 515 certified. She is a member of the Connecticut Apartment Association and New England Affordable Housing Management Association.
