On August 2, 2023, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the development of Triton Square, a new, modern apartment complex in Groton, CT. The Simon Konover Company is an investor in this project along with LakeMarsh Investments, LLC (Mark Keeney and Ross Ogden), DonMar Development (Anthony Di Gioia and Michael Di Gioia) and ELV Associates, Inc. Greg Konover (far left), Senator Richard Blumenthal (5th right), State Senator Heather Somers (4th from left) along with other investors, government officials, project affiliates and guests were there to celebrate this much needed addition to the local housing market.
Konover Residential Corporation will be the property manager for this 304-unit, 4-story, residential community consisting of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments loaded with amenities that include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, yoga room, library, work-from-home space, fire pits, dog park and more. The 14-acre site of Triton Square was formerly the William Seely School which stood vacant for years. Located off Interstate 95 and State Routes 12 and 184.
