The Simon Konover Company recently formed a joint venture with a local real estate investor to acquire 135 Freshwater Boulevard in Enfield, Connecticut.  The 18,000 square foot office/warehouse facility is currently vacant.   Future plans for the property include the possible redevelopment of the site with a retail project.  Alternative plans include leasing the property as is to an office/warehouse user.
