| The Simon Konover Company recently acquired an interest in Burwood Village Shopping Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The 105,004 square foot neighborhood center is anchored by a 37,665 square foot Food Lion Supermarket and a 10,080 square foot CVS Pharmacy. Future value creation is projected through lease up of current vacancy and the development of an outparcel which can accommodate a 3,400 square foot building. |
