We're located just 1 minutes from KSC and 3 minutes from Downtown. We pride ourselves on not only standing out but offering something outstanding. The building itself blends into town with its warm brick structure but adds a modern touch with its floor to ceiling windows and brightly colored walls.
We have 37 apartments; 27 are 4-bedrooms and 10 are 3-bedrooms and you can choose from two different floor plans. Some of our apartments even have hidden extras like walk-in closets or a pantry but all of them come with fully furnished.
Bedrooms include a full-size bed with storage space underneath, built-in bookshelf, computer desk with chair, dresser and closet. They are also cable ready - just bring your TV.
Each apartment has two full bathrooms. Yes, we said full. Each bathroom has a shower, two vanities and individual storage for your belongings.
Living Rooms include a leather couch and sofa, coffee table, side table and flat screen TV (cable ready too). The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, ice maker, ample cabinet space and a dining table that seats 4.
The Community Room is open 24/7 to you and has plenty of seating, a pool table and 50'' flat screen TV. BBQ Grills are put outside during the warmer weather.
Laundry is on the first floor and open 24/7. Parking is on-site and off-site (just down the street). Our friendly maintenance technician is available 24/7 for all emergencies and 8am to 5pm for all non-emergencies. Don't forget that you can plug in and grab Wi-Fi throughout the entire building.
